Our customer support hours of operation (based on Eastern Standard Time) are:

Hours during Peak Tax Season
Monday through Friday : 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday : 9a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday : 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (first four Sundays)

Off-Season Hours
Monday through Friday : 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
